No. The vehicle is assigned exclusively to your booking. It is not shared with other passengers.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during peak season. However, you can also check availability with us on the same day.
Changes are subject to availability. Please let us know in advance so we can reschedule the service to suit your needs.
Our transfers are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, with prior reservation.
Customer service and inquiry management are available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The service is tailored to the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. Please provide this information when making your inquiry so we can assign the vehicle best suited to your needs.
